Spinal Cord Injury and the NDIS

Under the NDIS people with a disability are able to access funding to purchase the support they need to live the life they choose. As a NDIS participant, you decide who provides the help and supports that will help you meet these goals.

If you are between the ages of 7 and 65, have Australian residency, and have a permanent and significant disability such as spinal cord damage, you may be eligible to sign up for the NDIS. You can access a NDIS Eligibility Access Checklist here https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/am-i-eligible
